Today, Garry's cousin Paul and his wife Anita, joined Garry for the walk. We met in Fraddon Village Hall (down the road from Indian Queens) and they walked together to Bodmin.
The walk was mainly down country lanes today, plus a couple of difficult fences!
Once they had set off, I drove onto Bodmin and found a coffee shop for me and Alfie.
After coffee I headed to a car park by the Borough Arms where I could join the Camel Trail. Me and Alfie walked for 2 1/2 miles and then found a stream to sit by for lunch whilst we waited for Garry, Paul and Anita to come along the lane. Then we walked back to the Borough Arms car park together.
Trying to identify a plant!
A well deserved cool pint at the Borough Arms.
Fish and chips for tea tonight. Thank you, RC Kevin for the recommendation!
13.5 miles for Garry, 6.8 miles for me.
A shorter walk tomorrow, from Bodmin to St Breward.
