An earlier start today as it was due to get to 20 degrees by midday. All three of us set off from Strawberry Field's Farm Shop and walked along through Lifton village and passed the primary school.
I said goodbye to Garry as he headed onto a footpath through a cow field, me and Alfie headed back for a coffee at the Farm Shop Cafe.

I arrived in Bridestowe at the same time as Garry and we went for a refreshing drink in the White Hart inn.
Just under 12 miles walking for Garry today.
Time for a chilled afternoon before planning tomorrow's walk from Bridestowe to South Zeal.

Have just caught up with your trip so far. Really enjoyed following your adventure. I now start to understand the way you have planned it all. Very cunning! Garry does all the walking, whilst Marie and Alfie enjoy numerous coffee, cake and rest stops !!! Love all the photos and so glad the weather is being kind so far - even if maybe a bit too hot for such long walking days.
ReplyDeleteKeep going from strength to strength and am with you both in spirit all the way.
Thanks Veg. You've seen through my cunning plan! Thank you so much for your donation to Cancer Research UK today. We really do appreciate it.
